My name is Rafael Tirado, and I have been serving as a church minister since 1987. I began my ministry in the Dominican Republic and have been in the United States since 1996. Since 2019, I have been an outreach minister at Elmwood Church of Christ in Lafayette, Indiana.

I earned my Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from Colegio Biblico in Eagle Pass, Texas, and I hold a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Leadership Studies with a focus on Pastoral Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University. I also completed a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and Organizational Studies at Johnson University in Tennessee. Additionally, I studied at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo and the Dominican Free Methodist Seminary in the Dominican Republic. Currently, I am in the process of completing my coaching certification at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
